We aren't shy about our desire for everyone to start a workout plan, log their workouts, challenge themselves, and maybe even battle a friend in a fitness battle because we know that all too often we fail to get the fitness results that we want because, well, a couple weeks after our New Years Resolution to get in shape - we just get bored, or distracted, or we lose track of what we are even trying to accomplish. We want to make working out fun!

President & Co-Founder
Joel is the co-founder of WeightTraining.com. He is a Certified Financial Planner™, serial entrepreneur, and founder of 5 web based companies. He can out bench John with both arms tied behind his back but probably couldn't even make it through even one of John's cardio workouts.
When Joel is not busy thinking up new ideas for the site/giving John complex coding problems to figure out he is most likely in the process of boring his wife by droning on and on about some new Internet/website related business idea or teaching as a Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) chaplain for the local high school men's basketball team.
Joel has a business/accounting/Bible undergraduate degree from Clearwater Christian College in Clearwater, FL and his MBA with a concentration in entrepreneurship from the University of South Florida. He is currently in the process of completing his Master's of Divinity from the Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and has plans to continue helping out with FCA volunteer work as a youth sports chaplain.
He is married to Angela, has a daugher Alexandra and son Joel Jr, and currently does a football explosive movement/powerlifting workout 5 times a week while

When John is not busy feverishly coding all of the ideas that Joel is constantly thinking up then he is most likely hunting for travel deals online so he can continue his quest of traveling internationally as much as possible.
John has a computer science undergraduate degree from Bob Jones University in Greenville, SC and his MBA from UConn.
