Step 1: Join the Blogilates.com Group
Our developers put together the official Blogilates group page in honor of all the POPsters, where you can keep up with your fellow Blogilates fans and find all of the Blogilates videos and workout plans in one place!
There's also a calculator where you can see how many calories you burn in your Pilates or HIIT workouts! Have you ever wanted to see how well you are doing compared to the entire Blogilates community? Well now you can with the Blogilates group Leaderboad. Pretty much the page is awesomesauce! :)
If you're not a part of the group, you won't be eligible for our Launch Day giveaways, so join the Blogilates Group right now!
Step 2: Download the WeightTraining.com App (for iPhone or iPad)
In order to be entered in any of the giveaways, you're going to need to get the App and log a workout on Launch Day.
Just for downloading the App on launch day, you get a FREE month of WeightTraining.com PRO membership - which means you will be able to follow Cassey's EXCLUSIVE app release workout: "Perfect Pilates Body Workout Plan" ! Score!
Step 3: Log a Workout on Day 1 via the App
The App is going to look a little different than the site, so here are some important "step by steps" and FAQs that will help you get set up:
- How to Follow a Workout Plan and Log a Workout - Make sure you scroll down to find the "Perfect Pilates Body Workout Plan". Since we just added it - it will be more towards the bottom of our workouts. It will look like this:
Since you will download the app within the first 24 hours of it's release, you will be able to follow Cassey's plan for absolutely FREE! Start following the plan by tapping "Start Plan":
You will then need to schedule the days you would like to workout (Note: This workout is 3x's a week so only select 3 days):
Then tap "Start this Workout Plan", and your will be sent to your "Dashboard" where you will see your workout schedule updated.
