This 10 Handstand Push-Ups Challenge is a great way to show how strong you are. In order to be able to take on the challenge, you will need to perform a handstand as well as be able to press your own weight. Train often and train hard so that you can check this off and compete in the challenge.

You can do this for your own self satisfaction or in conjunction with a promotion at a local gym. No matter what, you need to make sure that you can actually do a handstand before you even think about doing ten handstand push-ups.

The art of getting into a handstand pose ranges significantly based upon how strong a person is and how flexible they are. If you have to use a wall in order to get into the position, it’s great for practice, however you should be able to stay away from the wall once you’re ready for the Challenge.

As soon as you have mastered the handstand, then you are ready to start the push-up aspect of the exercise. You must be able to bend your elbows so that you are pressing your entire weight into a downward motion and then extend your elbows once again. This takes a lot of upper body strength and balance.

One of these handstand push-ups can be dramatic enough for some, so ten is why it is called a Challenge. Start with just being able to do two or three and try to add one to your count every few workouts.

In order to complete the 10 Handstand Push-Ups Challenge, you must be able to do 10 consecutive push-ups in a handstand without breaking the handstand pose. If you fall or get up, the count goes back to 1.

If this is for your own personal best, you can stop with the 10 and be proud of yourself. If it’s for a gym, however, you are going to need to show the ten in front of a coach or trainer in order to earn the credit for this feat, so make sure your form is very good.
