How to do the Back Bow Crossover - Learn Proper Back Bow Crossover Form

  1. Step 1: Lay flat on your stomach and bring your hands straight up over your head.
  2. Step 2: Keep your hands and feet together.
  3. Step 3: At the same time lift your arms and legs up off the ground about 6 inches and lift it over to the right about 4-6 inches.
  4. Step 4: Set your arms back on the ground.
  5. Step 5: Now lift your arms and legs back up and cross them both over to the left side about 6 inches and back onto the floor.
  6. Step 6: Continue this back and forth motion for the desired amount of repetitions.
