How to do the Bench Plate Press - Learn Proper Bench Plate Press Form

  1. Step 1: Sit down on the bench and grab a weighted plate with both hands on the outside of the plate.
  2. Step 2: Lay down on your back and bring the weight up so that it is at chest height.
  3. Step 3: Press the weight upwards toward the ceiling and then lower it back down.
  4. Step 4: This completes one repetition.
