How to do the Bent-Over Dumbbell Rear Delt Raise with Head on Bench - Learn Proper Bent-Over Dumbbell Rear Delt Raise with Head on Bench Form

  1. Step 1: Hold a dumbbell in each hand in front of an incline bench.
  2. Step 2: Lean forward until your forehead touches the bench. Keep your back straight throughout. Your arms should be hanging in front of you, perpendicular to the floor.
