How to do the Cable Curl - Learn Proper Cable Curl Form

  1. Step 1: Stand feet shoulder width apart with a curl bar at a low pulley machine.
  2. Step 2: Grasp the bar with hands shoulder width apart and palms facing up, keeping your elbows close to your sides. This is your starting position.
  3. Step 3: Exhale as your raise the bar to your chest moving only your forearms.
  4. Step 4: Hold for a moment and then inhale as you slowly lower the bar back to the starting position.
  5. Step 5: Repeat for a complete set.
