How to do the Chin Skull Crusher - Learn Proper Chin Skull Crusher Form

  1. Step 1: Lie on your back on a flat bench and grasp a barbell with your palms facing forward.
  2. Step 2: Extend your arms in front of you and hold the barbell over your chest. Your arms should be held at a 90-degree angle to your torso. This is the starting position.
  3. Step 3: Lower the bar in a semi-circular motion, inhaling as you do so. Keep bringing the bar down until it lightly touches your chin.
  4. Step 4: Bring the bar back to the starting position as you exhale. Contract your triceps at the top of the movement.
  5. Step 5: Repeat for the number of reps in your set.
