How to do the Deficit Deadlift - Learn Proper Deficit Deadlift Form

  1. Step 1: Get a box that is 1-4 inches high and stand on the box with your feet about shoulder width apart.
  2. Step 2: Roll the barbell over the box and your feet.
  3. Step 3: Bend over at the knees and back.
  4. Step 4: Grab the barbell with both hands at about shoulder width.
  5. Step 5: Using mainly your legs stand straight up with the barbell.
  6. Step 6: Lower the barbell back to the floor to complete one repetition.
