How to do the Drag Curl - Learn Proper Drag Curl Form

  1. Step 1: Grasp an EZ bar with your palms facing forward. This is the starting position.
  2. Step 2: Curl the bar up as far as your torso, exhaling as you do so. You will want to keep the bar in contact with your torso. Bring your elbows back as you do so.
  3. Step 3: Slowly move back to the starting position. Keep the bar in contact with your torso as you do so.

  2. Variation 2: Perform a traditional EZ Bar Curl.
