How to do the Front Dumbbell Press - Learn Proper Front Dumbbell Press Form

  1. Step 1: Grab a pair of dumbbells and hold them at your side.
  2. Step 2: Bring dumbbells up so that they are out in front of your shoulders and your palms are facing each other. This is the starting position.
  3. Step 3: Begin exercise by pushing dumbbells up over your head until your arms are almost straight. Lower back down to starting position and repeat.
