How to do the Elevated Feet Push-Up - Learn Proper Elevated Feet Push-Up Form

  1. Step 1: Lie on an exercise mat in pushup position (face down with your hands shoulder width apart) with a bench positioned behind you.
  2. Step 2: Carefully raise your legs so that your toes rest on the bench behind you.
  3. Step 3: Your arms should be fully extended so that your body is parallel to the floor and only your hands are touching the floor. This is your starting position.
  4. Step 4: Inhaling, bend your arms to lower your chest down to the floor.
  5. Step 5: Exhaling, contract your chest and straighten your arms to return to the starting position.
  6. Step 6: Pause for a moment and then repeat the movement for a complete set.
