How to do the Field Hockey - Learn Proper Field Hockey Form

  1. Step 1: Grab a field hock stick with both hands.
  2. Step 2: Use the stick to guide the ball up the field or pass to a teammate.
  3. Step 3: Do your best to keep the other team from stealing the ball.
  4. Step 4: Progress the ball up the field until you or a teammate is open to take a shot on goal.
  5. Step 5: If you are the goalie do your best to block the shot and then pass it out to an open teammate.
  6. Step 6: Whoever scores the most goals before the time runs out wins.

The field hockey is a cardiovascular, alternative, and sports exercise that primarily targets the quads and to a lesser degree also targets the groin, shoulders, biceps, abs, calves, triceps, middle back, lower back, glutes, hamstrings, hip flexors, and outer thighs.

The only field hockey equipment that you really need is the following: field hockey stick and field hockey ball. There are however many different field hockey variations that you can try out that may require different types of field hockey equipment or maye even require no equipment at all.
