How to do the Foam Roller - Groin - Learn Proper Foam Roller - Groin Form

  1. Step 1: Lie down on your stomach and place a foam roller parallel to your body. Bend your elbows so that your forearms are flat on the floor and supporting your upper body.
  2. Step 2: Position your right thigh so that it is perpendicular to your body with your inner thigh resting on the foam roller (the inner portion just above your knee should be resting on the roller). This is the starting position.
  3. Step 3: Begin exercise by rolling your body to the right until the roller reaches your pelvis. Roll back. Then repeat as necessary.
