How to do the Frogger - Learn Proper Frogger Form

  1. Step 1: Stand with your feet spread about 8-12 inches wider then shoulder width apart.
  2. Step 2: Bend at the knees and place your palms on the ground slightly in front of you.
  3. Step 3: Keep your palms touching the ground the whole time but straighten you legs out and then bring them back down.
  4. Step 4: Continue for the desired amount of reps.

Frogger Tips

  1. Tip 1: Focus on good form and if you have tight hamstrings only go as far as you are comfortable.
