goblet step-up is a calisthenics and free weights exercise that primarily targets the quads and to a lesser degree also targets the calves, glutes, groin, hamstrings, hip flexors and outer thighs.

The only goblet step-up equipment that you really need is the following: dumbbells, flat bench, and kettlebells. There are however many different goblet step-up variations that you can try out that may require different types of goblet step-up equipment or may even require no equipment at all.
