How to do the Inverted Hamstring - Learn Proper Inverted Hamstring Form

  1. Step 1: Stand straight with feet about 6-inches apart and arms straight out from your sides.
  2. Step 2: Next, stand on your left leg with your knee slightly bent. Raise your right foot off the ground slightly.
  3. Step 3: Begin exercise by bending over at your hips and lowering your torso until it is parallel to the ground. Your right leg should be sticking straight out behind you and in line with your torso. Pause for a moment, then return to starting position.

  1. Tip 1: The bend in your left leg should not change while bending over at the hips.
  2. Tip 2: Bend at the hips. Do not round your back. Back should be straight.
