How to do the Jump Burpee - Learn Proper Jump Burpee Form

  1. Step 1: Start standing with your feet together.
  2. Step 2: Bend at the knees and waist and place the palms of your hands on the ground.
  3. Step 3: Kick your feet backwards so that you are in a plank position.
  4. Step 4: Kick your feet back in, stand back up, and immediately jump in the air.
  5. Step 5: Land on your feet. This completes one repetition.

    This is the most fun you can have in your office without making too much noise. I'm on a 30-day challenge, and I'm trying to work these into my daily routine, so finding a way to shut my office door nonchalantly, take off my sensible shoes and conservative suit jacket, and crank out 25+ burpees . . . the length of time of a phone call . . . is actually kind of fun!
