  3. Complete prescribed reps on one side then switch sides.

Variations

  1. Perform a reverse kneeling rotational chop. This variation is the same except the rope is attached to a low cable pulley and instead of rotating downward you will be rotating upward, away from the cable machine.
  2. Perform a half kneeling rotational chop. Simply place your right foot on the ground in front of you so your knee is bent at a 90-degree angle (imagine the coach tells you to take a knee).
  3. Grab both ends of the rope and perform chop. (Rope will not be straight but with the hook in the middle of the rope so each side is parallel to each other).
