How to do the Leg Throw Down - Learn Proper Leg Throw Down Form

  1. Step 1: Lay down with your back flat against the ground.
  2. Step 2: Have your partner stand above your head.
  3. Step 3: Keeping your legs straight lift them up so that your feet are pointed at the ceiling.
  4. Step 4: Partner pushes your feet back down and then you lift them back up again.
  5. Step 5: Repeat this motion for the desired amount of repetitions.

  1. Variation 1: Perform with ankle weights for increased resistance.
