How to do the Long Lunge - Learn Proper Long Lunge Form

  1. Step 1: Stand with your feet shoulder's width apart. Step forward with your right foot, while keeping your left foot planted.
  2. Step 2: You will bend your left leg until your left thigh is inline with your knee and parallel to the floor. Be sure you are always in the lunge position and never standing up during the exercise.
  3. Step 3: Complete for the desired number of repetitions.

Long Lunge Tips

  1. Tip 1: Keep resistance on your legs throughout the entire exercise. Don't stand up from the lunge position until you have completed all the reps for the set.
  2. Tip 2: Keep your head up and chest out.
