How to do the Lumberjack Press - Learn Proper Lumberjack Press Form

  1. Step 1: Take the barbell in both hands and hold it on your right shoulder.
  2. Step 2: The ends of the bar should be facing forward and back and your hands should be in the middle of the bar.
  3. Step 3: Lift the bar up over your head and then lower it back down on your left shoulder.
  4. Step 4: Repeat this motion back and forth for the desired amount of repetitions.
