How to do the Lumberjack Squat - Learn Proper Lumberjack Squat Form

  1. Step 1: Position one end of a barbell in the corner of the room.
  2. Step 2: Load the other end of the barbell with the desired weight.
  3. Step 3: Grasp the bar with both hands in an underhand grip and hoist it up to chin level. This is the starting position.
  4. Step 4: Begin exercise by squatting down until your butt is parallel with the ground.
  5. Step 5: Return back to starting position. This completes one rep.
