How to do the Medicine Ball Sit-Up - Learn Proper Medicine Ball Sit-Up Form

  1. Step 1: Lie down on your back and place your feet flat on the floor so that your knees are bent at a 90-degree angle.
  2. Step 2: Hold a medicine ball with both hands against your chest. This is the starting position.
  3. Step 3: Begin exercise by performing a traditional sit-up.
  4. Step 4: This is done by contracting your abdominal muscles and raising your torso into a sitting position.
  5. Step 5: Pause, then slowly lower back down to starting position. Repeat as necessary.
