  1. Perform a Medicine Ball Side Throw: Stand with left side facing a concrete wall, twist torso to the right, then twist left to the wall and throw medicine ball against wall. Hands should be on the underside of the ball. Catch and repeat.
  2. Perform a Medicine Ball V-Up. Lie on the ground with arms on the ground above head and medicine ball in hand. Legs are straight and 1 inch off the ground. Begin exercise by simultaneously raising your torso and legs into a v-shape, while trying to touch the ball to your feet. Pause then lower yourself back down and repeat.
