How to do the Neck Pull - Learn Proper Neck Pull Form

  1. Step 1: Lay down on your back with your legs spread about hip distance apart.
  2. Step 2: Place your hands on your forehead with your palms facing towards the ceiling, also toes pointed up towards the ceiling.
  3. Step 3: Sit up slowly using your abs as you sit up roll forwards bringing your head down towards your knees.
  4. Step 4: Roll back up and then slowly lower yourself back down to the ground.
  5. Step 5: This completes one repetition.
