    When I first tried doing these I physically couldn't do them. But keep trying it because once you get it they will define those obliques like nothing else! Be sure to go slow, be controlled and really flex those sides. The better you get at them the straighter your legs will stay and the more the emphasis will be placed on the obliques. Great exercise!
