How to do the One-Arm Kettlebell Press - Learn Proper One-Arm Kettlebell Press Form

  1. Step 1: Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and clean a kettlebell to your shoulder, rotating your wrist so that the kettlebell is behind your shoulder and your palm is facing forward.
  2. Step 2: Holding the kettlebell near your shoulder, raise your elbow outward and away from you. This is your starting position.
  3. Step 3: Raise the kettlebell to lockout straight overhead.
  4. Step 4: Lower the kettlebell back to the starting position.
  5. Step 5: Repeat for an entire set and then switch sides.
