How to do the Planche Push-Up - Learn Proper Planche Push-Up Form

  1. Step 1: Lay down with your chest on the floor.
  2. Step 2: Place your palms on the floor even with you stomach, your fingers pointed away from your body.
  3. Step 3: Push your chest up off the floor with your arms.
  4. Step 4: Tighten your core and pick your feet up off the ground so that only the palms of your hands are touching the ground.
  5. Step 5: Lower your chest down so that it almost touches the ground and then push yourself back up.
  6. Step 6: This completes one repetition.
