How to do the Rear Bicep Stretch - Learn Proper Rear Bicep Stretch Form

  1. Step 1: Stand upright, feet shoulder width apart, with your hands clasped behind your back, palms together. This is your starting position.
  2. Step 2: Extend your arms backward by raising them as high as you can.
  3. Step 3: Raise your arms higher to feel the stretch in your biceps.
  4. Step 4: Relax back to the starting position and repeat for a complete set.

  1. Variation 1: Instead of clasping your hands together behind your back, extend each arm straight backward and rotate your hands until your palms are face up and your arms are parallel with the floor.
