How to do the Resistance Band Deadlift - Learn Proper Resistance Band Deadlift Form

  1. Step 1: Place the barbell in the squat rack and then place resistance bands across the ends of the bar and hook them to the bottom of the squat rack.
  2. Step 2: Stand in the center of the squat rack, squat down, and grab the bar with your hands about shoulder width apart.
  3. Step 3: Using your legs stand straight up and pull the bar up with you as you do.
  4. Step 4: When you get to the top lean your upper body slightly backwards and lock your hips out.
  5. Step 5: Now lower the weight back down to the ground.
  6. Step 6: This completes one repetition.
