How to do the Resistance Band Decline Sit-Up - Learn Proper Resistance Band Decline Sit-Up Form

  1. Step 1: Lay opposite on an incline bench so that your head is lower than your feet. Secure your feet for stability.
  2. Step 2: Wrap a resistance band around the end of the bench by your head and grasp each handle bar with palms facing inward. Your hands should be by the side of your head. This is your starting position.
  3. Step 3: Exhale as you use your abs to raise your body into an upright position. Your torso should be perpendicular to the floor.
  4. Step 4: Hold for a moment and then inhale as you slowly reverse the movement back to the starting position.
