How to do the Rotating Squat Press - Learn Proper Rotating Squat Press Form

  1. Step 1: Grab a pair of dumbbells and stand with feet about shoulder-width apart.
  2. Step 2: Clean the dumbbells up so that they are at about ear level with palms facing forward. This is the starting position.
  3. Step 3: Begin exercise by squatting down and then as you come up out of the squat simultaneously rotate to the left as you push your right arm upward.
  4. Step 4: Rotate back to starting position. This completes one rep. Repeat on opposite.
