How to do the Scorpion Push-Up - Learn Proper Scorpion Push-Up Form

  1. Step 1: Get down on your hands and feet in push-up position.
  2. Step 2: Lower your chest down to the floor and then push yourself back up.
  3. Step 3: Now lift your right leg off of the ground and cross your foot over your body as far to the left as you can.
  4. Step 4: Bring your foot back down and repeat the push-up motion. This time cross your left foot behind your body to the right.
  5. Step 5: Alternate feet each time and repeat for the desired amount of repetitions.
