How to do the Sled Push - Learn Proper Sled Push Form

  1. Step 1: Load a sled with the desired weight.
  2. Step 2: Stand behind the sled and place your hands on the poles/bar provided.
  3. Step 3: Bend over at the waist and begin exercise by driving your legs into the ground.
  4. Step 4: Try to push the sled as fast as you can by driving your feet into the ground.
