    This exercise has been pretty common in my workouts lately, and I'm happy to see the improvements it's made in my hip mobility. Definitely recommend using a pad, mat, or towel - anything to cushion your knee that's on the ground.

    Take your time easing into this, and it has helped me to be pretty warmed up already before starting on this one. As far as hip mobility exercises go, I think this is one everyone should include in their routine, since you can hit deeper areas than you can with the usual groin stretch.
