How to do the Staggered Push-Up - Learn Proper Staggered Push-Up Form

  1. Step 1: Assume a standard push-up position with legs and arms straight. Hands under shoulders.
  2. Step 2: Next, stagger your hands by placing your right hand forward and left hand back. This is the starting position.
  3. Step 3: Begin exercise by lowering your chest until it almost touches the ground. Pause, then push back up as quickly as possible. This completes one rep. Alternate hands every set.
