How to do the Sumo Lunge - Learn Proper Sumo Lunge Form

  1. Step 1: Stand with your legs spread 4-6 inches wider then shoulder width apart and your toes pointed outwards.
  2. Step 2: Hold the dumbbell with both hands in the middle of your chest.
  3. Step 3: Lean to the right and squat downwards. Push back up and then rotate to the left and do the same thing.
  4. Step 4: Alternate back and forth between your legs for the desired amount of repetitions.
