How to do the Swiss Ball Leg Lift - Learn Proper Swiss Ball Leg Lift Form

  1. Step 1: Lay on back with arms straight above head resting on the ground and with legs straight out on ground and feet clenched around an exercise ball.
  2. Step 2: Use legs to raise exercise ball in the air while simultaneously lifting arms to transfer exercise ball from feet to hands.
  3. Step 3: Touch legs back to ground and arms (with ball) back to ground.
  4. Step 4: Lift legs and arms to transfer back from arms to legs to complete the rep.
