How to do the Swiss Ball Pike - Learn Proper Swiss Ball Pike Form

  1. Step 1: With your arms extended to the floor and your hands as a base, lay on a swiss ball with your legs straight out. Your body should be resting on the ball at the shins and parallel to the ground.
  2. Step 2: In one motion, pull the ball forward with your feet while pushing your hips towards the ceiling with your hands.
  3. Step 3: Continue motion till spine is straight and pointing to the ceiling. Release back to starting position. Repeat process as necessary.
