How to do the Swiss Ball Wall Squat - Learn Proper Swiss Ball Wall Squat Form

  1. Step 1: Place a Swiss ball against a wall and your lower back so that your body pins the ball against the wall. Place feet about two feet in front of your body.
  2. Step 2: Cross arms over chest with back upright and head forward. This is the starting position.
  3. Step 3: Begin exercise by squatting down until your thighs are parallel to the ground. Pause, then push yourself back up to the starting position. This completes one rep.
