How to do the TRX Single-Arm Row - Learn Proper TRX Single-Arm Row Form

  1. Step 1: Hook up the TRX Cable so that it hangs down to your waist.
  2. Step 2: Grab the cable with your left hand and walk back about 2 steps.
  3. Step 3: Hold the handle to your chest and make sure the cable is taught.
  4. Step 4: Keep your body in a straight line and lean back and extend your arm out as you do.
  5. Step 5: Pull yourself back up with your arm.
  6. Step 6: This concludes one repetition. Repeat for the desired amount of reps and then switch sides.
