v-bar pull-up is a calisthenics exercise that primarily targets the lats and to a lesser degree also targets the shoulders, biceps and middle back.

The only v-bar pull-up equipment that you really need is the following: chin-up bar and v-bar. There are however many different v-bar pull-up variations that you can try out that may require different types of v-bar pull-up equipment or may even require no equipment at all.
