How to do the Walk-in-Place - Learn Proper Walk-in-Place Form

  1. Step 1: Stand upright, (shoulders back, abs tightened, and hips tucked forward slightly so that the lower back is not arched.)
  2. Step 2: Lift right leg, lower right leg; lift left leg, lower left leg
