How to do the Wall Plank - Learn Proper Wall Plank Form

  1. Step 1: Get down on your hands and knees in front of a wall. Keep your arms straight.
  2. Step 2: Now place the bottoms of your feet up on the wall so that your body is parallel to the ground.
  3. Step 3: Keep your core tight and your body in a straight line.
  4. Step 4: Hold this position for the desired amount of time.
