If you're looking for one of the best triceps exercises that won't hurt your elbows then this is it (for me at least). I hadn't don't bench dips with a weight plate in forever but then I tried them the other day because I kept finding skull crushers and many other standard tricep exercises were just constantly putting too much pressure on my elbows. I am really happy with the way theses weighted bench dips have allowed me to target my triceps with minimal elbow soreness.
