The Weighted oblique crunch is, in my opinion, one of the best moves for building and isolating your obliques! when preforming the move just try to make sure you don't sway at the hips That is a popular mistake and if you sway to much it's kind of a waste. Keep your chest out, shoulders back, keep your back strong, and hold the weight tight. I think as with most exercises Scott Herman has a really good form video Explaining the move, what it works, how to preform it, and how not to preform it. check it out! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=unMZPDjMn10
