Abdominals may be the most difficult place on the human body in which to lose weight, strengthen and tone up.
It is also the main area that most people see as the sexiest part of the human body.
The belly fat burner belt claims to be one way that you could increase your body’s ability to burn more calories and tone up that problem area for a flatter, tighter, and sexier abdomen.

There are many products and accessories on the market today that claim to be able to target those hard-to-tone areas, but they are often just empty promises that offer unrealistic results.
But is the belly fat burner belt one of these too-good-to-be-true gimmicks? You decide.
What is a belly fat burner belt?
The belly fat burner belt is a simple electronic device that wraps around your midsection. It produces short pulses that cause the abdominal muscles to contract, which is supposed to help strengthen those muscles.
The belly fat burner belt is also supposed to increase the body temperature around your stomach which is supposed to stimulate weight loss from that area. This claims to target that area to burn more calories by increasing the metabolic rate in that zone.
By wearing the belt around your middle, it provides an added intensity aimed at your abdominals that is supposed to increase the rate at which fat is burned.
What are the results of the belly fat burner belt?
The human body is a mysterious thing. You cannot shed fat or burn calories from a specific area without burning calories from other areas as well. Fat is shed in unison throughout your body as you progress through your workout routine.
There is simply no way to lose weight from a specific part of your body. If you are burning calories, they are being burned from your body’s entire fat supply.
According to medical research, it is impossible to “target” one specific area to burn off the fat. This does not mean that the belly fat burner does not work at all. Customer feedback has been mixed, providing both positive and negative results of using the belt.
Core muscles are crucial for stability and balance. By working and strengthening those muscle groups, you are doing more than just flattening your stomach – you are making your entire body stronger and helping to decrease back injuries associated with weak core muscles.
The belly fat burner belt has varying levels of success for different users. But, if you gain nothing else out of it, at least it could help to support the abdominal muscles and back muscles while wearing it for the duration of your workout.
While wearing the belt, it may be a bit more difficult to accommodate bending and lifting simply because it can be somewhat cumbersome and restrictive. Some users prefer to wear it just during the aerobic portion of their workout.
How does the fat burner belt fit into my exercise plan?
Belly fat burner belts offer tight abs as a result of little, and sometimes no, effort. This may be difficult to resist, but it is almost impossible to obtain a fitter body without a healthy eating plan and an exercise routine.
According to the USDA’s Nutrition website, you should develop an eating pattern that not only meets nutrient requirements but also stays within the calorie limits that fits your body and metabolism. This is a large part of shedding fat and becoming healthy.
About 50 percent of fat is subcutaneous, meaning that it is stored just below the skin. By incorporating cardiovascular exercises (which raises your heart rate) into your workout routine for at least 20 minutes five days a week, your body has no choice but to start burning that fat. The assumption that you can do little or no exercising and burn enough calories to melt away belly fat is absurd.
Is the belly fat burner belt safe?
Most belts are not FDA approved because they pose a danger when they are set at a high intensity. But set at a lower and thereby safer setting does not always elicit enough of a charge to produce the promised results.
Electronic pulses are sent through your body and into your muscles which can be harmful. However, some belly fat burner belts have received FDA clearance. If you chose to incorporate the use of a belly fat burner belt, be sure to obtain one that has been certified as safe by the FDA.
