Everyone knows that the best way to look great and get in shape is to work out. Working out is fun a lot of the time but some of the time it's just a pain. What's ALWAYS A PAIN though - is LOGGING WORKOUTS!

We all know that in order to get the results we are looking for we have to keep track of what we are doing when we exercise.

For most of us, it's a sweat stained notebook that we scribble in and then never look at again.

For many of us, it's a rough estimate that we keep in our short term memory until we walk out of the gym and promptly forget (hmm, maybe this is why we keep getting stuck at the same plateau, never seeing any results...because we keep doing what is comfortable: the same thing over and over again and never making any progress...)
