Mike pulled something so ended early
Push ups wore me out quick after not lifting for 2 months.
Level 10 for 10 minutes. Lever 5 for 10 minutes.
Tired going in did not help. Trying to do to many push-ups to start.
Reps are per arm, weight is per kettlebell, used kettlebells just to mix it up (and bc they were closer lol)
These are surprisingly hard, had to rest pause on these
